Your mission...
As an Account Executive, you connect with new businesses and help them grow using our software solutions. You’ll use various strategies, like reaching out to prospects and following up on inbound leads. By researching potential clients, you’ll craft personalised outreach plans that resonate. You'll also showcase our software through engaging online demos, clearly explaining its benefits. Your focus will be on supporting small businesses and driving their success.
Your everyday...
- Quickly identify challenges that our prospective customers face and discover the best inbound marketing solutions for their business
- Consistently close new business at or above quota level
- Nurture relationships with highly qualified opportunities at small-sized companies
- Build relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders to grow new business
- Work collaboratively with marketing and technology departments to evolve our sales strategy when new features and products are introduced
- Help by giving feedback on the product and solution
What you bring to the table...
- 1+ years of Sales experience
- Fluency in both German and English
- Unmatched consultative selling and closing skills
- Accurate forecasting and pipeline management
- Track record of being a high performer (e.g. over quota, President's Club)
- A sharp focus on your goals and a strong approach to achieving them
