Our client is seeking an experienced, motivated, and goal-oriented Accounts Manager to join their brand-new EU Expansion team. The primary focus of this role is to recruit Polish online sellers and help them expand and grow their businesses in Poland and across Europe.
Job Responsibilities
- Onboard New Business Partners: Assist Polish sellers in setting up their merchant accounts and selling their products on our client's marketplace.
- Develop Relationships: Support Polish business partners through the registration process, product offer publication, and participation in international programs.
- Enable Self-Sufficiency: Train to sell partners to master the client’s tools and systems, ensuring they can efficiently manage their catalogue, inventory, and performance to the required standards.
- Achieve Objectives: Drive the growth of our client’s third-party business in selected categories by meeting business and financial goals.
- Identify Opportunities: Enhance the Marketplace business for all sellers through scalable solutions.
- Share Knowledge: Collaborate with global counterparts on interdisciplinary projects to improve customer and seller experiences.

Basic Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Polish (verbal & written)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, or related degree required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain complex concepts simply
- Strong analytical skills (including advanced Excel and database analysis) and experience solving analytical problems, either in professional experience (data analysis) or education
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills as well as assertiveness
- Motivation and decision-making in a highly dynamic environment
- Very good Excel knowledge
- Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment
- Highly organised and results-oriented
