Responsibilities:
- Reconcile bank statements, maintain financial records, and update spreadsheets.
- Prepare management reports and assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings.
- Support audits, compliance tasks, and revenue returns processing.
- Process vendor invoices, ensure timely payments, and maintain records.
- Manage customer invoices, track overdue accounts, and process payments.
- Provide office support, manage supplies, coordinate meetings, and handle correspondence.
Requirements:
- Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Cover across company locations in Cork.
