My client in the property space has an immediate requirement for a Part-time Accountant,
4 morning per week/hybrid and they are based in Dublin 4.
Daily tasks will include:
Book-keeping/Accounting
· Keep Sage50 up to date for all companies, using Autoentry to save invoices.
· Reconcile all bank accounts monthly
· Maintain paper and electronic files for all companies, with bank statements, purchases, invoices and correspondence
· Issue quarterly rental invoices
Liaison with Professional Advisors
· Provide required information to accountants in other locations and ensure accounts are prepared and submitted on time in accordance with local requirements.
· Provide information required for annual Personal Income and Capital gains Tax returns
· Co-ordinate the preparation and submission of annual Corporation Tax Returns
· Co-ordinate the preparation and submission of Companies Office Returns
The ideal candidate will be:
· A qualified Accountant- ACA, ACCA, CIMA
· experienced in Sage50 accounts
· Fully competent in MS Office suite
