Our client a property real estate is seeking a administrator for a busy accounts team. This roe based in Dublin City is for a short-term assignment for 2 – 4 weeks with immediate start. The successful candidate will be required to
· Filter and sort through invoices
· Update invoices to the inhouse system
· Update MS excel with client and billing information
· Respond to general queries
· Liase with departments for query escalation and resolution
· Data entry
The ideal candidate will have
· Strong administration experience
· Previous accounts or finance is an advantage
· Excellent knowledge of MS Excel
· Available for immediate start
· Excellent communication skills
