Accounts Assistant – Galway City
My client has a fantastic opportunity exists for an experienced accounts assistant to become a member of a vibrant Galway based company.

This role offers the perfect opportunity to become part of a well-established and dynamic organisation. The role is based in the company’s head office in Galway city and ill have a hybrid work model.
Job Description
· Invoice processing
· Dealing with internal and external customer queries.
· Reconciliation of accounts to supplier statements.
· Processing payments to suppliers.
· Bank reconciliation.
· Liaising with managers for approval of invoices
· Other tasks as required.
Desired Skills:
· Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
· Strong Excel skills
· 2+ Experience in a similar position
· Excellent analytical skills
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Ability to meet deadlines
· The ability to work well with others while also being motivated to work and complete tasks independently
