My client, a charitable body based in Dublin 12 are hiring for an account assistant. Hybrid working and competitive salary on offer.
This is a temporary position with possibility of extension/permanency.
Responsibilities:
· Processing of invoices and filing.
· Cash Reconciliations in the morning on a day-to-day basis.
· Preparing of accounts.
· Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals.
· Recording and filing cash transactions.
· Accounts Receivable and managing credit collections.
· Bank reconciliation.
· Liaising with third party providers, clients and suppliers.
· Data entry into Excel.
· Maintenance of company purchase and sales ledgers.
· Raising sales invoices.
· General Accounts Administration
Requirements:
· Previous relevant experience within Ireland
· Immediate availability
· Valid Stamp 1G/Stamp 4/European passport
