Accounting Assistant
My client is a professional business providing high-quality hygiene and packaging products to a wide range of industry sectors including but not limited to retail, schools, restaurants and nursing homes all over Ireland.
They are now looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant to join their expanding team.
This is a full time, permanent onsite role, with the office situated in Craughwell, 30 mins from the city centre.
Responsibilities
- Management of day-to-day finance operations, including AP/AR functions
- Responsible for Weekly Payroll and ROS submissions
- Responsible for submission of Revenue & Statutory Returns
- Responsible for Credit Control
- Preparation of Monthly management accounts
- Responsible for business margin & variance analysis
- Preparation of monthly cash flow projections
- Responsible for pricing control (sales & purchasing)
- Management & control of banking functions and bank reconciliation
- Experience of Intact, Sage or Zero is preferable.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of Bookkeeping/ Accounts Administration/Accounts Management/Payroll Experience.
- The ideal candidate will have completed an accounts technician course or similar.
