Working with a leading NI Business, you will be working alongside the existing accounts team and focusing on Accounts Payable.
Duties:
· Manage Accounts Payable: process invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
· Analyse and prepare employee expenses.
· Prepare and post month-end journals (accruals, prepayments).
· Maintain Fixed Asset Register.
· Prepare and submit VAT returns.
· Assist with monthly management accounts
· Perform stock reconciliations and reporting.
Criteria:
· Be part-qualified or qualified (IATI, CIMA, ACCA, ACA, etc.)
· Experience in a similar position.
· Excellent IT skills, including accounts packages
· Organisational skills
