Our client, globally known pharmaceutical company, is looking for additional support in their Order Management department.
What should you know about the role?
In this role you will be a primary contact for business to business (B2B) customers, making sure their orders are processed, accurately and in a timely manner.
Administration tasks are significant part of the role, hence, attention to details is essential. Customer Service element is a bit different than a typical call centre: There is no ticketing system. While processing orders and doing everyday tasks, you will be taking occasional customer calls and emails. Good prioritisation and multitasking skills are essential.
What kind of candidates we are looking for?
An ideal candidate is a person that genuinely cares about people, with good communication skills and advanced or near native English, with fluency in German language. Any kind of previous experience in a fast-paced office environment or customer-oriented role is desirable, but, again, not mandatory. Can-do attitude, resourcefulness, and willingness to learn is key.
How do we select candidates?
Suitable candidates will receive a phone call from a Cpl recruiter. After a quick chat about the role and your expectations, we’ll submit profile to a potential manager. In most of the cases, they will be interested to schedule an interview. The overall selection process doesn’t take more than a week.
What about compensation and other practical details?
Salary is €16.41 per hour, with 37.5 hours per week, which is approx. €32,640 per year (before tax).
Contract will be with Cpl. Initially fixed term, but with strong possibility of extension or turning into a permanent one.
You’ll be working Monday to Friday, regular office hours (8am – 4pm or 9am – 5pm).
There is hybrid model in place: 3 days per week from the office in Dublin 22, and 2 days from home.
After successful onboarding and probation, you can request to work up to 6 weeks / 30 working days from abroad (T&C apply).
