Our client, an Educational Institution is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant on a 35 hour per week contract until 29/8/25.
The Access Centre at an educational institution is looking for a Schools Outreach Coordinator. This role involves supporting targeted projects aimed at assisting students through the institution’s schools outreach programs. The coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact for students in these programs while also ensuring that instructors receive the necessary support to effectively deliver their activities..
Skills required:
· A minimum of two years employment experience which demonstrates a high level of administrative support in a demanding office environment.
· Experience working in a schools outreach capacity.
· Employment experience which demonstrates a high level of administrative support in a demanding office environment.
· Satisfactory relevant experience which demonstrates a high level of coordination responsibilities
· Excellent planning, team-working and organisational skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, good numeracy skills, and ability to analyse data.
· Flexibility and problem solving ability
