The job : Administrative Assistant (finance industry) - Frankfurt
Our client, a global leader in corporate governance, fund services and related asset services with staff across 50 office locations worldwide.
This role: Their office in Frankfrut is expanding, the office has a young, international team that is growing fast and works with enthusiasm on company's German success story. You will have the unique chance to participate in the development of the further growth of the office and to effectively design and structure the day-to/day workflows.
Responsibilities:
· Conducting daily administrative and analytical support to the Senior Leadership team.
· Design, plan and implement day-to-day workflows and the office administration
· Responsible for day-to-day basic administration work related to clients closely collaborating with the senior team in Frankfurt
· Preparing correspondence, presentations and reports using various software packages
· Assist Managing Director and senior staff in monthly performance review
Requirements
· +2 years’ previous experience in an Administrative Assistant within a Finance environment preferred.
· You have a college diploma and/or university degree or educational certificate.
· You speak and write in English and German fluently.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Programs – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook at an intermediate level.
· Superior organizational skills and being open for taking over a lead role in setting-up the office organization.
· High degree of detail orientation and professionalism.
