Our client, a Global Engineering Company located near Carrigtwohill, Cork has a temporary requirement for an Administrator for an initial 6 week period, with the possibility of extension. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing of PO's, updating the database, filing, scanning and general adhoc admin duties.
Hours: Monday-Thursday 7:30am-4pm, Friday 7:30am-3pm
Fully onsite
Initial 6 week contract
Essential:
- 2 years previous experience admin working in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and also in a team environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Word, Excel.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
