Excellent opportunity for a experienced Administrator to join a busy office based in Dublin.
Responsibilities
- Expert product knowledge.
- General admin duties including correspondence, postbox management, letter writing, filing, scanning, phone calls.
- Act as first point of contact for clients.
- Responsible for the day to day running of reception office. Maintain a consistent and high quality of customer service when interacting with clients.
Requirements
- 1+ years admin/reception experience working in a busy office environment.
- Strong communication experience.
- Strong IT skills including at least intermediate level at Excel and MS office.
- High levels of attention to detail and accuracy.
