Private HomeCare, celebrating 35 years in business, a Cpl Company and with all the benefits of a multinational business, is seeking a care coordinator to join their Service Support Team, on a full time, permanent basis. Private HomeCare have strong team and operational processes.
The role is based in the offices in Lucan but after an initial training period, hybrid will be available subject to the needs of the business.
Hours of work:
Monday-Thursday: 9.15am-5.15pm (1/2 hour break)
Friday: 9.15am-4.45pm (1/2 hour break)
(When you are oncall, the hours of work will be 7.45am-3.45pm and these hours will be worked from home)
Responsibilities:
- Managing carer and client schedules using One Touch Health
- Support, mentor and encourage carers
- Liaise with clients and their families
- Participate in relevant Office meetings
- Being a clear communicator
- Active team player
- Evening and weekend on-call duties on a rolling roster basis
- Maintain good relationships with our team of carers and clients and their families
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar scheduling role, ideally in a homecare company (ideal but training can be provided)
- Interpersonal skills / Relationship Building
- Ability to work under pressure with a strong work ethic
- Good computer skills
- Problem Solving
- Organisational skills
- Attention to detail
