- Revolutionize our data extraction capabilities by implementing and optimizing AI/ML-driven OCR and intelligent document processing.
- Ensure Excellence by maintaining high accuracy, speed, and stability across automated data extraction services.
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to seamlessly embed OCR into our SaaS platform.
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
- Define a clear vision and roadmap for our AI/ML-powered document processing, aligning with company objectives.
- Establish KPIs and performance metrics to track and enhance efficiency, scalability, and customer satisfaction.

Experience
- Proven commercial experience in Document Intelligence, Data Extraction and OCR
- Highly experienced in Generative AI
- Strong Automation skills
- Proven experience in leading software service delivery in a fast-paced environment
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing and motivating teams
