Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Associate with strong project management and writing abilities to join a global RFP team. The role involves drafting proposals, presentations, and analyses in response to client requests, collaborating with various departments including research, business development, finance, legal, compliance, and HR. A solid understanding of investments, particularly in private markets (private equity, infrastructure, real estate, and private debt), along with strong interpersonal and project management skills, is required.
Essential Job Functions
- Write, edit, and manage RFPs/RFIs and client requests, ensuring content is accurate and delivered on time.
- Maintain a central database of responses and update content as needed.
- Prioritize multiple projects and work in a global team environment to meet deadlines.
- Critically assess the accuracy and relevance of content provided by cross-functional teams.
- Respond to industry surveys and ad hoc requests.
- Assist in developing presentations and managing agendas for client presentations.
- Support various projects and analyses for the Business Development teams.
Other Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance & business.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in financial services, private equity, private debt, or investment management.
- Strong self-starter, adaptive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management, attention to detail, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
