Location: London or Cheltenham (with flexibility to travel across the UK)

We are hiring AWS DevOps Engineers to join a dynamic consulting team, delivering cloud and DevOps solutions for major clients in the public sector and financial services. You will work on high-profile projects, designing and deploying secure cloud environments using modern DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities

Design and deploy automated cloud infrastructure to support continuous integration (CI/CD), containerisation, and cloud-native development.
Build and maintain DevOps pipelines to support development, testing, and production environments.
Automate provisioning, deployments, and environment monitoring.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to align DevOps solutions with business and security requirements.
Ensure all solutions meet the security standards required for government and regulated environments.

Required Skills and Experience

Strong experience building new DevOps pipelines.
Hands-on experience with AWS services (S3, RDS, Route 53, IAM, EKS, Secrets Manager, ECR).
Experience with Kubernetes (Helm, Kops, Ingress/Egress).
Strong knowledge of Terraform and OCI for Infrastructure as Code.
Familiarity with Observability tools like ELK, Dynatrace, and Prometheus.
Experience working in secure environments, adhering to security best practices.
Previous experience working in a support function is a plus.
Travel Required: Up to 80% or 4 days a week (home on weekends - based on project requirements)

You must currently reside in the UK and have been living continuously in the UK for the last 10 years.
