Cpl is delighted to be working in partnership with a global 100 law firm to appoint an experienced Banking Lawyer with 3-5 years PQE to join their dynamic Belfast based team.

Your new role
The successful candidate will join this firms talented Banking & Finance team renowned for their quality and speed of advice, innovative thinking and a grasp of commercial issues.
As Banking Lawyer, you will have the opportunity to act and advise on behalf of all the UK clearing banks and a growing number of other European banks and borrowers on all types of facilities, from acquisition finance, real estate finance, social housing, education finance and general corporate lending to debt capital markets.
This practice is broad and very varied and predominantly advise on English law matters and high value NI local market transactions. Always client facing and have advised on several high value and significant financing transactions across the UK.
The Candidate Required
· The ideal candidate will have a strong generalist banking and finance background with private practice experience in general corporate lending and real estate finance transactions in England and/or Northern Ireland.
· Experience working in a commercial law firm in Northern Ireland, England, Scotland or Ireland.
· Candidates must be technically excellent but equally important, commercially aware and enthusiastic about business development.
· A team player with a strong client focused approach and excellent communication and organisational skills.
