The job: BDR - DACH Market
One of our clients, one of the most exciting and fast growing IT companies is looking for German sales professional to join their team of Account Executives.
You will be the first point of contact in the sales cycle. As a BDR, your first touch is essential to the success of our business as your contribution to the sales and marketing feedback loop.
Responsibilities and tasks
- Identify high potential companies who can benefit from our software.
- Partner closely with experienced SMB Account Executives, effective prospecting strategies to generate opportunities.
- Contribute learnings and best practices to the Outbound process and team members to support the success of your peers
Your Profile/Skillset
- Proficiency in English and German
- 1+ year in a BDR role (inbound or outbound) selling MarTech or SaaS solutions desirable.
- Experience selling to Founders/ Business Owners/ Marketing personas and strong knowledge of the Ecommerce/ Retailers/ Brands domain
- Ability to qualify, position and generate leads.
- Enthusiastic about meeting targets
- Excellent team player, always ready to go an extra mile
