Our client is a multinational company with a strong global presence and a focus on innovation. They are looking for a Benefits Partner to join their team for a 12-month maternity cover contract. The role offers a hybrid working arrangement, with 3 days onsite and 2 days working from home.
Responsibilities Required:
· Manage employee benefits across 19 EMEA countries.
· Work with global teams to create smooth employee experiences for key benefit programme.
· Help improve processes and systems to meet business needs.
· Update global teams on changes to systems and processes.
· Build strong relationships with third-party vendors to ensure excellent support.
· Keep projects on track with clear communication and issue resolution.
· Maintain updated documentation and controls for employee services.
· Support case management and act as a link between employees, managers, payroll, and rewards teams.
· Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the employee experience.
Experience Required:
· At least 4+ years’ experience in HR, focusing on benefits.
· Experience managing both company and statutory benefits.
· Experience with projects that improve the employee experience through better processes and automation.
· Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast paced environment.
· Strong presentation skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.
