Our client, Ireland's top Records Management and Document Processing company, is seeking a Bids and Tenders Support Executive for a full-time, permanent role with hybrid working options.
You will drive business growth by securing new contracts through public and private sector tenders (RFPs/RFTs) in the UK and Ireland. Your role includes coordinating bids, supporting sales and marketing teams, and ensuring best practices in tender strategy and execution.
Additionally, you’ll create and manage promotional content such as brochures, case studies, and website copy to showcase the company’s services.

Duties
· New revenue resulting specifically from target % of tender competition successes:
· Accurate identification, capture and evaluation of all suitable tender opportunities
· The on-time submission of compliant response to tenders
· Tender quality scores as marked by the contracting authority / company.
· The development of collateral which is successfully passed by the Marketing Manager for in-market deployment
· To create high-quality tender submissions with appropriate level of detail and completion to score maximum qualitative scores possible.
· To develop an in-depth understanding of the features, benefits, capabilities and limitations of both AP Invoice Automation software and Records Management Services to confidently present them in tender documentation
· Develop a tender’s strategy for the business to ensure that it optimises the potential new business opportunities from this channel.
· As the tender expert, provide best practice recommendations for management and implementation of tenders and tender processes
· Develop and maintain an up-to-date tender library of all content required to complete high-quality tender submissions as efficiently as possible
· Own and manage all relevant tender processes across the business. Ensure that the processes are formalised and documented to create a robust tender function in the business.
· Liaise and work closely with all stakeholder departments and partners for timely, accurate and high-quality input to tender submissions.
· Liaise with tender framework managers and relevant government bodies in the UK and Ireland to ensure that remain on all relevant frameworks. Ensure compliance with framework rules and pricing.
· Track and monitor the tender function performance providing analysis using agreed kpis and make recommendation for improvements.
· Create and develop case study and customer reference materials
SKILLS:
High quality to level of native fluency Also to play a key role in the marketing team by taking responsibility for technical writing of all product and promotional collateral including brochures, feature data sheets, case studies, webinar content etc.
