Our client is seeking an experienced and creative Brand Marketing Manager to lead the strategic growth of their innovative brands. Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Team Leadership:
- Manage and mentor a Brand Marketing Team of three, fostering growth and collaboration.
Brand Management:
- Act as a brand guardian for 3 different brands, shaping marketing identity and storytelling to promote brand differentiation.
- Provide marketing support for the overall corporate brand.
Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including TV, Radio, OOH, Digital (Social Media), PR, POS, and in-store displays.
- Drive storytelling and promotional activities tailored to B2C and B2B audiences, measuring campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Research & Analysis:
- Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to inform marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Team to measure and adapt campaigns based on performance data.
Financial Oversight:
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
Partnerships & Collaboration:
- Build and maintain relationships with internal teams and external agencies to deliver effective campaigns.
Project Management:
- Support strategic projects with clear critical paths and key milestones to ensure success.
B-Corp Integration:
- Embed B-Corp principles, fostering a culture of diversity, inclusion, and sustainability within the organization.
Role Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (additional qualifications such as a Master’s or Diploma are advantageous).
- 5-8 years’ experience in marketing, preferably in a management role.
- Proven ability to develop and execute brand strategies that drive growth and market share.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Experience managing external agencies and cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
- Creative thinking with the ability to adapt to market changes.
- Analytical skills to extract insights from research and campaign results.
