Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in the financial industry. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with loan origination systems and be proficient in using applications such as nCino and Salesforce. This is a hybrid position, offering the flexibility of remote work combined with on-site collaboration.
We will consider candidates based in he European union, but who must have the full rights to work in Ireland and who are able to travel a few days per month, or willing to relocate for the position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document business requirements for financial products and services, focusing on loan origination systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
- Utilize nCino or Salesforce to manage and optimize business processes.
- Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and improve business operations.
- Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including requirements, process flows, and user stories.
- Work closely with IT and development teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
- Perform system testing and validation to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
- Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide informed recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the financial industry.
- Proven experience with loan origination systems.
- Proficiency in using nCino or Salesforce.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
