Caretaker

Flexsource NI is currently recruiting for a Caretaker on a temporary part-time basis, covering the Lisburn area, with a starting salary of £13.26 per hour

Responsibilities:

With a full copy of the Job Duties and Person Spec available on request, you will:

·        Open and close the building, ensuring health and safety checks are complete

·        Set up rooms based on booking requirements

·        Carry out all associated cleaning and general maintenance duties

Requirements:

• At least one years experience in a similar role
