Flexsource are currently recruiting for a Catering Manager for our Client in Cork.
Purpose of the Role :
▪ The function of this post is to monitor performance and promote growth, through direct line management of a number of services offers.
▪ Responsible for kitchen, onsite restaurants / Hospitality Events and vending
▪ Delivers services that are highly customer focused, exceeding expectations and delivers business growth.
▪ Prepares accurate financial information that assist in tracking each service and drives profitability.
Duties & Responsibilities :
▪ Maintains effective lines of communication throughout the service.
▪ Monitors staff and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
▪ Supports a team approach that recognize individuals and promotes high staff moral.
▪ Monitor & Record team training & progress
• To plan, organize and control all aspects of the services and activities within client and company guidelines.
▪ To manage staffing rota to ensure they meet trading patterns, business growth and budgetary constraints.
▪ Maintain cleanliness and hygiene, complying with company policies and procedures.
▪ All equipment, fixtures and fittings are maintained and are safe for use.
▪ Cash is strictly controlled, all staff adhere to the Cash Handling Policy
Experience :
▪ Positive attitude & keen eye for detail
▪ Experience in business management or related field
▪ Demonstrates high quality customer service skills
▪ 1+ Years Experience at Catering Supervisor level or Above.
