Administrator required for a public sector body in Naas
Details:
- 35 Hours per week
- Monday - Friday
- Immediate start
- Monthly rolling contract
- €16.93 per hour
Duties include:
- Uploading referrals to our data base
- Management of clinics
- Dealing with phone queries
- Booking of New patient appointment
- Ensuring all capacity is optimised
- Dealing with patient queries
- Liaising with internal and external colleagues
- Dealing with GP queries
Job Requirements:
- 3 year administration or clerical experience.
- Medical admin experience is desirable
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Packages and efficient in data entry.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.
