Cpl has an immediate requirement for a full time Clerical Officer to provide administration support to a Healthcare Service in Ballyphehane, Co. Cork.
- 2-month temporary contract
- 35 hours/week
- €14.91/hour
- Site based role (no remote working)
- 8am-4pm / Mon-Fri
What you will be doing:
- Managing emails and correspondence
- Updating shared folders
- Liaising with family members
- Handling phone calls coming into the service and fielding/taking messages as appropriate
- Maintaining and inputting statistics into Excel
- File preparation and uploading documents to the database
- Supporting with roster management
What you will have:
- At least 6 months of professional clerical/ administration experience desired
- Experience in a healthcare setting a plus but not essential
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office - Particularly Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent phone manner and ability to handle difficult calls
- High attention to detail and organisation
