Our Healthcare client has an immediate requirement for administration support in their Care Department located in Cork City Centre.
- Immediate requirement
- Duration: 3 months (initially)
- Pay: €14.62/hour
- Site based role
- Core Hours: Mon-Fri/9am-5pm
Responsibilities:
- Vendor set-up
- Data entry
- Creating spreadsheets and generating reports
- Processing invoices and verifying data
- Inputting codes onto pay sheets
- Returning employee hours and holidays for payroll
Requirements:
- Previous experience processing invoices for payment and vendor set-up a BIG plus
- Excellent organisational skills and a quick learner
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent attention to detail to verify and cross check information
