Cpl has an immediate requirement for a part-time Clerical Officer to support our Healthcare client in Cork City for an initial 3 month temporary contract
- 35hrs a week
- 3-month temporary contract
- €16.10/hour
- Site-based role (no remote working)
What you will be doing:
- Updating record logs
- Scheduling meetings
- Managing a busy switchboard
- Managing emails, post, scanning documentation onto the system
- Taking minutes, uploading to system and distributing to the team
- Typing up reports
- Covering the public counter
Requirements:
- At least 6-12 months of professional administration experience
- Experience working in fast paced environment
- Strong awareness around confidentiality/GDPR
- Excellent typing skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Comfortable working on your own and as part of a team
- Customer service oriented
- High attention to detail
- Immediate availability
