Clerical Officer Grade IV required with immediate start in Rathgar
- Starting salary of €32,297
- Monday - Friday 9am- 5pm
- Temporary contract for 1 year with opportunities for permanency after
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure the efficient day-to-day administration of area of responsibility.
- Data entry
- Processing invoices
- Answering emails and calls
- Administrative support including filing, photocopying, mail merges, scanning of documents and general office support as required to the highest possible standard by monitoring and reviewing team work to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Use appropriate technology to ensure work is completed to a high standard.
Qualifications/ Skills / experience
- Experience working in a finance department is desirable but not essential
- 2 years+ experience in a clerical officer or administration role
- The ability to work in an accurate and methodical manner with great attention to detail, while meeting the demands of a busy office.
- Excellent numeracy skills.
- Excellent MS Office Suite skills to include Word, Excel, Access, Outlook.
- Knowledge and experience of using an e-mail system effectively.
- Leaving Certificate or FETAC Level 5 or equivalent required as a minimum.
- Excellent IT skills - Microsoft Office Suite, e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook etc
