As a Content Moderator, you will be:
- Investigating and resolving reported issues (inquiries via ticketing system), such as requests for account support or potentially abusive content.
- Enforcing clients Terms of Use by carefully monitoring reports of abuse on the site.
- Using market specific knowledge and insights to find scalable solutions to improve the support of our community of users.
Skills & Competences:
- Are you familiar with social-media?

Language Skills:
- Fluent in DUTCH language (B2-C1-C2)
- Advanced level of English (B2)

Location: Dublin 18. This is an office job. Shift-based - It will start remote/hybrid first but it will transition to on-site work
Salary: 36,790 € per annum
Working Hours: Mon - Fri (some weekends and bank holidays)
Relocation package: They will help find and pay for accommodation, flights (done case-by-case basis)
