✅ Identify trends & escalate issues as needed

✔️ Fluent in Hebrew & English (written & verbal)

✔️ Strong resilience & adaptability in a fast-paced environment

✔️ Analytical mindset with attention to detail

✔️ Ability to work shifts (including late nights & weekends)

✔️ Full work authorization in Ireland
