Main Responsibilities:
- Investigate & Resolve: Handle reported issues, from account support requests to potentially abusive content, via our ticketing system.
- Enforce Standards: Monitor and enforce our client’s Terms of Use, ensuring a safe and respectful community.
- Stay Informed: Become well-versed in our client’s products and community standards.
- Market Insights: Use your knowledge to find scalable solutions for our user community.
- Data Analysis: Gather and analyse relevant data to enhance the overall user experience.
- Trendspotting: Recognise trends and escalate issues beyond policy guidelines to our global team.
- Efficiency: Identify workflow inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
Skills & Competences:
- Resilience: Operate effectively in a fast-paced, pressured environment.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on empathy.
- Adaptability: Positively approach challenges with flexibility.

Language Skills:
- Fluency in Arabic (C1-C2), with an understanding of regional culture and trends.
- Proficiency in English (B2-C2).
Contract:
- Full-time, permanent.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Working Hours: Day shift (9-5) OR Evening shift (6pm-2am) with no rotation.
- Location: Dublin 18, Sandyford, Dublin South.
- Evening Shift: 25% salary uplift for hours worked between 10pm and 2am.
- Travel Allowance: €12 per day (before tax) for evening shift.

IMPORTANT:
