I am currently recruiting for a temporary Contracts Administrator with an immediate start for a 3-6 month contract for my client based in Swords, North Dublin. High likelihood of permanency available for the right candidate.
Daily Duties:
· Raise PO’s
· Review monthly accruals
· Process supplier invoices
· Invoice checks to confirm accuracy prior to payment.
· Troubleshooting work not billed or cancelled
· Monthly supplier reconciliations/Submissions
· Expert level and proficiency in using VLOOKUP’s functionality
· Provide and maintain accurate and up to date reports and spreadsheets
· Preparation of monthly management reports as
· Ability to present monthly results to management team
· You will be able to influence and be a great communicator as there will be a requirement to work in conjunction with senior management, operational teams and clients.
Requirements
· 2 -3 years’ experience in a similar role
· Previous experience raising invoices, PO’s and reconciling is essential.
· Strong reporting skills
· Strong Microsoft Excel skills
