Hey there, we are currently looking for a Danish, Finnish, Norwegian and Swedish speaking Customer Advisor Specialists to join our exciting project in the Television and Entertainment industry. This is a full-time, office-based position in Warsaw, starting mid-April 2025. Warsaw is a vibrant and culturally rich city that offers numerous opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support for a leading streaming company.
- Handle inquiries related to contracts, billing, and technical issues.
- Assist both B2B and B2C clients as first and second-line support.
- Process customer complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Conduct outbound calls for administrative tasks such as feedback collection or payment reminders.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Danish or Finnish or Norwegian or Swedish, and English at no less than B2 level.
- At least 6 months of experience in customer service.
- Strong communication skills and service-oriented mindset.
- Basic administrative and technical knowledge.
- Availability to work 5 days a week in rotating shifts (Mon-Fri: 9:00 - 19:00, Weekends: 10:00 - 16:00).
