Join Our Team as a Customer Advisor (Fluent in Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian)
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? We are looking for a dedicated, fluent Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian-speaking Customer Advisor to provide top-tier assistance to our valued customers through phone, email, and chat. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering technical support, resolving contract and billing inquiries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Responsibilities:
• Provide customer support for a leading streaming company.
• Handle inquiries related to contracts, billing, and technical issues.
• Assist both B2B and B2C clients as first and second-line support.
• Process customer complaints with professionalism and empathy.
• Conduct outbound calls for administrative tasks such as feedback collection or payment reminders.
Requirements:
• Fluency in Swedish, Danish OR Norwegian (C1 level) and English (B2 level).
• At least 6 months of experience in customer service.
• Strong communication skills and service-oriented mindset.
• Basic administrative and technical knowledge.
