Job Title: Customer Growth Account Executive – SMB/Entrepreneur (French Speaking)
Location: Dublin 4, Ireland (Hybrid Work Option Available)
Base Salary: €65,000 EUR per year (plus variable compensation and competitive benefits)

About the Role:
We’re seeking a Customer Growth Account Executive to expand our presence across EMEA. In this role, you’ll manage the entire sales cycle, working closely with founders, business owners, and marketing professionals to drive success. You’ll balance short-term wins with long-term growth strategies, contributing to a culture of collaboration and accountability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Grow the client base across EMEA, identifying and closing new opportunities.
- Maintain an active, high-volume sales pipeline with strategic planning for sustained success.
- Support team goals by mentoring peers and contributing to shared achievements.
- Embrace core values of accountability, effort, and continuous improvement.
- Provide onboarding and guidance to new team members.
- Broaden your expertise by participating in additional projects and responsibilities.
Who You Are:
- At least one year of experience in a sales role with a net-new revenue quota, ideally in MarTech SaaS solutions.
- Strong knowledge of ecommerce and retail, with experience working with founders or marketing teams.
- Proven ability to excel in a high-velocity sales environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Fluent in both French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Motivated by challenges and committed to exceeding targets.
- Resilient and open to feedback, viewing setbacks as opportunities for growth.
- An effective relationship builder with strong influencing skills.
- Fully authorized to work in Ireland without restrictions.
