My client, Ireland's leading insurance and breakdown assistance provider based in the city centre, is now recruiting Customer Service Agents for their growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to members and assist with the breakdown service 24/7, 365 days a year.
- Work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Consistently meet or exceed operational KPIs.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally, confidently, and escalate complex complaints as needed.
- Perform additional tasks or support projects as required by the line manager.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
- Minimum Leaving Cert education, with a 3rd level qualification desirable.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience in a contact center.
- Strong MS Office knowledge and basic PC skills.
- Passion for customer service and career growth within an established Irish brand.
- Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
- Results-driven with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
