My client who is responsible for support services and based in Dublin City Centre is seeking a customer support administrator for immediate start to join their team. This role will have a contract till the end of December with review for extension and will involve hybrid working.
The successful candidate will be responsible for but not limited to
· Providing excellent levels of customer service
· Look after customer queries logged through ticket handling system within SLA agreements
· Provide, update and evaluate ongoing processes and procedures
· Review and analyse information from our clients’ customers
· Provide and complete reports
· Process applications forms
· Provide general financial information such as Payment updates
· Response to queries by both phone ad email
· Other ad hoc general administration and customer service task
The successful candidate will be required to have
· At least one years’ experience within Customer Service or Call Centre
· At least one year experience within administration or finance
· Proficient in MS Office
· Knowledge of Sharepoint
