CPL Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator on a permanent full-time basis, based in Ballynahinch with salary of up to £28,000 per year.
Our client:
· A first class, leading player in electronic manufacturing, providing a wide range of services.
· Over 50 years in business servicing clients in NI, ROI, GB, Europe and further afield, with growing headcount throughout 2024.
· Able to trade with the EU Single Market and full access to the UK Market.
The role:
With a full copy of the Job Spec available on request, you will:
· Forge long-term, meaningful and trusting relationships with our client’s customers.
· Be a central point of contact for any customer requests and concerns with an ability to answer questions effectively and accurately.
· Assist with marketing plans, and the design of social media content and marketing materials.
· Review account performance, maintain and monitor customer portals, review and update orderbooks and generate accurate, detailed reports.
The person:
· Previous experience in a customer facing role, ideally within the manufacturing and engineering vertical.
· Excellent communication skills; verbal and written, with an ability to communicate with all levels within the business.
· Self-starter, able to hit the ground running and strong business acumen.
· Proficiency in MS Office packages.
· Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
