My client, a well-known service provider is seeking excellent customer service staff on a full time basis.
This is a permanent full-time position (Monday – Friday 9am-5pm) based in their offices in City West.

In your role as Contact Service Agent, you will be responsible for inbound and outbound call activity to ensure customer interests and inquiries are followed up on.
Responsibilities
· Manage incoming customer calls and email correspondence in a timely professional manner
· Diary Management – ensure all online Diary Management system notes and call statuses are correct, accurate and up to date.
· Achieve customer SLA/KPI targets
· Follow approved call structure and/or scripting for inbound and outbound calls.
· Review reports and personal performance against KPI with Contact Centre Manager or other Officer as assigned.
Experience Required
· At least 1 years of experience in a busy customer focused role.
· Great communicator and Customer orientated with a desire to exceed customers’ expectations.
· Can demonstrate a positive can-do attitude.
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
· Good aptitude for adding value to customer accounts.
· Able to build strong relationships with clients and internal departments.
· Fluent in both spoken and written English.
