Cpl Limerick are recruiting for some exciting positions based in Limerick with one of Ireland's leading banks.
The ideal candidate will be motivated and customer focused ready to join an already established team as a Customer Service Representative.
In this role role, you will be he first point of contact for customers, addressing their banking queries, resolving issues and providing exceptional customer service.
This is a permanent full time role, working 9am to 5.30pm. You must be available to work every second weekend. You only work 5 days per week total.
Saturday and Sunday hours are paid at a premium.
Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound and outbound calls in an efficient and timely manner.
Receiving inbound calls from customers answering various banking queries.
Ensure that customer records are maintained at all times in accordance with the relevant CCMA/CPC regulations.
Up-sell to customers where appropriate.
Identify, convert or refer new sales opportunities to meet customer requirements.
Requirements
-Previous experience in customer services (all levels of experience considered).
-Excellent communication skills (spoken and written English).
-Excellent interpersonal skills.
-Eager to learn and grown within the company.
-Must be eligible to work in the Republic of Ireland and pass all relevant background checks.
-This role is onsite in Henry Street Limerick.
