Customer Service Agent | Dutch speaker
Location: Barneveld, Netherlands
This is a permanent role with Full time or Part time options available.
Our client, a leading provider of payment technology and software solutions are currently looking for Customer Service Agents to work at their office in Barneveld.
This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to develop transferable skills in customer service, troubleshooting, problem determination and quality control.
Training will be provided!
Responsibilities
- Ensure that customers are provided with excellent service
- Answering customer questions over the telephone, according to the indicated processes and procedures
- Providing correct information to the customer such as balance statements, requests for additional cardholders and increasing credit limits
- Informing customers when using available online services and guiding them in carrying out transactions themselves
- Providing product and service information upon customer request
- Ensure the security of internal and external customers by being alert to possible cases of fraud
- Escalating customer complaints according to the designated procedures
Requirements
- A fluent command of the Dutch language, with good level of English.
- Strong communication skills and are stress-resistant
- You enjoy working in an enthusiastic, lively and growing team, but you also have no difficulty working independently
