Customer Service Representative – Financial Services 💳 | Dutch & English Required

📌 About the Role:
- Part-time or Full-time, 24 - 40 hours per week
- Provide exceptional support to our business credit card clients
- Handle queries on statements, additional card requests, credit limit increases, and fraud prevention
- Guide customers in using online services and self-service options
- Resolve customer complaints professionally according to company guidelines

- Salary: €2,390 - €2,750 based on full-time gross per month (Depending on your language skills and experience)
- Contract: Direct, 7-month contract with a 1-month trial period (intention to extend)

✅ Requirements:
- Fluent in Dutch and English (additional European language is a bonus!)
- Customer service experience is preferred
- Part or Full-time availability, Monday to Sunday (varied shifts, 6:30 AM - 10:00 PM)
- Willingness to work on-site at our Barneveld office
