Customer Service Representative – Evening Shift (17:00-01:00 Mon to Fri)
Our client, a Galway based healthcare business, seeks to hire a customer service representative who is a collaborative team player, approachable, personable, and able to build strong relationships with others. This is a permanent role reporting to the customer service manager.

Working Hours: 5pm to 1am Monday to Friday, on-site. Hybrid options available after probation period.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responding to customer and employee questions/concerns in an efficient and effective manner and resolving issues/complaints which customers might have regarding company's products
- Maintaining knowledge of the company's facilities, websites, products, promotions, policies and procedures
- Representing the company in a professional, courteous and efficient manner
- Complete documentation to in-house standards and be compliant with all in house procedures.
- Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Strong communications skills
- Keen attention to detail and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously
