Role: Customer Service Representative - Fluent German and French
In this role, you will provide an excellent customer service and work closely with medical professionals and sales representatives
handling all customer service-related activities.
Responsibilities and tasks
- Communicate directly with customers either by telephone or electronically
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Provide pricing and delivery information
- Process orders, forms, applications and requests
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
Skills and Competencies
- Fluent French and German and English
- Experience in customer support or order management role
- Good computer skills with experience using Excel, Word, Outlook
- Experience in accounts receivable tasks
- Ideally you have a degree in business or business administration or a professional credit management qualification
- Ideally you have used SAP before
Salary and Benefits
- Annual salary depending on experience - range between €2900 and €3300 per month
