My client, a well known service provider is seeking excellent customer service staff on a full time basis. This role requires availability from 7am to 11pm Monday to Sunday but will be scheduled as 5 x 8 hour shifts a week equating to a 40 hour week.
There are both office based, hybrid shifts available.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
• Manage incoming customer calls and email correspondence in a timely professional manner.
• Find root cause of customer issue and rectify seamlessly – first call resolution.
• Maintain in depth knowledge of company’s brand, systems, and processes.
• Achieve customer SLA/KPI targets.
• Maintain our customer experience journey – make our customers feel valued.
• Responsible for Weekly reporting of customer issues to Service Manager.
• Any other reasonable requests from management as required to service customer’s needs.
Experience & Interpersonal Skills:
• At least 1 years of experience in a busy customer focused role.
• Great communicator and Customer orientated with a desire to exceed customers’ expectations.
• Can demonstrate a positive can-do attitude.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
• Good aptitude for adding value to customer accounts.
• Able to build strong relationships with clients and internal departments.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English.
