We are looking for Customer Service Specialists to join our Client in an Office about 40 mins from Amsterdam, and be part of a unique, dynamic and super cool Team of people who love working together in a great and positive environment. Please note that this position is a Monday to Friday role, and it is FULLY OFFICE based, addressed to any Dutch fluent speaker with valid Work Permit / Visa to work in The Netherlands.
Main duties are:
· Ensure that customers are provided with excellent service;
· Answering customer questions over the telephone, according to the indicated processes and procedures;
· Providing correct information to the customer such as balance statements, requests for additional cardholders and increasing credit limits;
· Informing customers when using available online services and the IVR system and guiding them in carrying out transactions themselves;

What my Client asks:
· A very good command of the Dutch language (C1 as minimum), good English, while a 3rd European language (French, German, Spanish) would be great, but not mandatory;
- Availability to work between 24 and 40 hours per week within the agreed service model, so yes, we have both FULL TIME and PART-TIME roles;
· Location wise, you should be within 1 hour travel time to/from Office location: please remember, no hybrid no remote roles are avail;
· A decent experience in customer service (personal, telephone, online), with strong communication skills and are stress-resistant;
· Good IT skills;
*Training for this position lasts 2-3 weeks, daily from Monday to Friday between 9:00 AM and 5:30 PM. And after the training you can work according to your contract hours;
