Who we are looking for?

Administrative Assistant:
- Oversee the distribution and return of executed leases within given timeframes.
- Ensure errors in lease amendments are kept to a minimum.
- Working to deadlines assigned by the Company with the highest amount of attention to detail.
- Prepare diverse amendments to lease agreements as re-negotiated by the Lease Consultants.
- Review signed agreements returned by the landlord to ensure their accuracy and that all necessary documentation is provided.
- Liaise with other departments to correct possible errors.
Customer service:
- Communicate with landlords via telephone and email: incoming and outgoing calls, attempting to contact landlords, and sending or checking emails to/from landlords.
- Preparing for a Landlord Call: Includes reviewing and researching existing and/or new leases using the company's database/software systems, the Internet, and other sources.
- Find solutions to problems and escalate unresolved issues in a timely manner.
Benefits and Salary:
Salary: €30,000 - 35,000 + Performance bonus
Location: Dusseldorf, Hybrid
Terms: Full-time, permanent contract
